Principles
As a designer, I believe in minimalism. The work I do reflects clean patterns with illustrations, and copy that can help guide the users. Collaboration is one of the key things that makes my work more valuable as there is a continuous feedback cycle.
I strongly feel that even with agile work, it is important to follow a design process that might be time-consuming at first but can go well in the long run.
As a mentor, I make sure my team is always learning and can think non-linearly.
